Summer ‘Sorbet’

Orange, lemon and raspberry sherbets were the delicious inspiration for this unusual and bold cake palette.  A mix of round and petal shaped tiers trimmed with grosgrain ribbon and sugar cookies add further whimsy.  Delicate white stringwork is a lovely bridal touch.
